Korean Skincare ODM, OEM and Private Label Manufacturing
Skincare is the deepest part of Korea’s formulation base, which means the constraint is rarely capability. It is choosing among labs that each do one system exceptionally well — and none of them everything.

Overview
Korean skincare development is built around narrow specialisation. A lab that makes an outstanding lightweight essence is often not the one you want for a rich anhydrous balm, and the difference shows in the first sample rather than the tenth.
That structure is why development cycles here are short — provided the brief reaches the right lab. Matching the system to the specialist does more for the outcome than adding sampling rounds.

Minimum order
What sets the number in this category.
MOQ depends on the formula, packaging format and component minimums. We quote per project.
How MOQ is decided →Frequently Asked Questions
Which skincare formats have the shortest development time?
Aqueous systems — toners, essences, light serums — move fastest because they are simpler to stabilise. Emulsions take longer, and anhydrous balms and sticks longer still because the sensory profile is harder to hit and adjust.
Can I develop a full routine as one project?
Yes, and it is usually more efficient. Shared bases, shared packaging components and a single production window reduce both cost and elapsed time. Sequencing matters, so we plan the set together rather than each product in isolation.
What is the minimum order for a skincare product?
MOQ depends on the formula, packaging format and component minimums. We quote per project. In most categories the packaging decision — stock components against custom tooling — moves the number further than the formula does. Small-batch production is possible: in some product categories a first run from around 3,000 units is workable. It differs product by product, so ask us about yours.
