Frequently Asked Questions
Why is packaging often the reason my minimum order is high?
Component suppliers set their own minimums, and for custom tooling those minimums are set by what makes the tool worth cutting. That number frequently exceeds the bulk formula minimum, so packaging becomes the binding constraint.
Airless pump or dropper?
Airless protects oxygen-sensitive and preservative-light formulas and gives more consistent dosing. Droppers suit thin serums and read as clinical. The formula usually decides this; where it does not, the channel does.
Can I use my own packaging supplier?
Yes. We will need component specifications and samples for compatibility checking, and the filling line needs to accept the format. Both are usually straightforward if raised early.
How long does custom packaging take?
Longer than the formula, in most cases. Tooling, sampling, decoration setup and production all sit in sequence. If your launch date is fixed, this is the path to check first.
