Korean Face Mask ODM, OEM and Private Label Manufacturing
Masks are the format Korea genuinely leads on, and the one where the substrate matters as much as the essence. Two masks with the same essence and different sheets are different products to the person wearing them.

Overview
Sheet mask production is a distinct manufacturing capability, not a variation on skincare filling. The lines, the substrates and the sealing are specific to the category.
Because the essence is a simple aqueous system and the packaging is a printed sachet rather than a moulded container, masks usually reach production at lower volumes than bottled skincare. That makes them a common first product.

Minimum order
What sets the number in this category.
MOQ depends on the formula, packaging format and component minimums. We quote per project.
How MOQ is decided →Frequently Asked Questions
Which sheet substrate should I choose?
It depends on the experience you want. Cellulose is economical and familiar. Tencel drapes better and feels thinner. Microfibre holds more essence. Bio-cellulose adheres closely and sits at a premium price point. The substrate changes perceived quality more than the essence does.
Why are sheet masks often available at lower volumes?
The essence is a simple aqueous system with a low bulk floor, and the packaging is a printed sachet rather than moulded components with tooling minimums. Both of the usual constraints are lower in this category.
Can toner pads be developed on the same project as sheet masks?
Often yes. The essence systems are similar and can share a base, though the filling and container are different. Where the formulas can be shared, the combined project usually clears bulk minimums that neither would alone.
What is the minimum order for sheet masks?
MOQ depends on the formula, packaging format and component minimums. We quote per project. In most categories the packaging decision — stock components against custom tooling — moves the number further than the formula does. Small-batch production is possible: in some product categories a first run from around 3,000 units is workable. It differs product by product, so ask us about yours.
