Some can be reduced in scope where the base is well characterised and the packaging is a known combination. Skipping compatibility testing on a new pack is the one we would argue against hardest — the failure mode shows up in the market.
Who holds the test reports?
You receive copies. Where a report is tied to a manufacturer-owned base formula, some underlying data may stay with the manufacturer. We tell you which is which before testing starts.
